Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

 

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@lolasgarden.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Please include photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used fragrances

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item

 

7. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

 

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund
