At Lola’s Garden, every order is prepared with care and shipped from Spain.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Spain
- Europe (Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, and UK)
- United States and Canada
- Australia and New Zealand
- Philippines
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing times may be longer during launches or high-volume periods.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are customised by Lola’s Garden based on delivery location:
- Spain
- Europe (Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, and UK)
- United States and Canada
- Australia and New Zealand
- Philippines
Free shipping within Spain. Other destinations have standard shipping, or free shipping on orders of 100 (EUR, USD, CAD, NZD, AUD, and GBP) or more.
For the Philippines, free shipping is on orders over 6,000 PHP.
The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier:
- Spain: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the countries: 7–14 business days

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
7. Delays, Lost or Missing Packages
Lola’s Garden is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
You may also contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Lola’s Garden is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
