At Lola’s Garden, every order is prepared with care and shipped from Spain.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Spain
  • Portugal
  • United Kingdom
  • Philippines

For special orders, feel free to contact us.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be longer during launches or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are customised by Lola’s Garden.

Spain:

  • Standard shipping: Free
  • Express shipping: €7

Portugal:

  • Standard shipping: €10

United Kingdom:

  • Standard shipping: £10

Philippines:

  • Standard shipping: ₱1500
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Spain:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express shipping: 1-2 business days

Portugal and United Kingdom: 3-5 business days

Philippines: 10-15 business days

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any applicable customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, as determined by local authorities.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

7. Delays, Lost or Missing Packages

Lola’s Garden is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

You may also contact us and we’ll assist where possible.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Lola’s Garden is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
